At Tech Power Electronics Group (TPEG), we offer a newly established, fully remote position with business focus on either Southern Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy) or Central/Northern Europe (Nordics, Baltics, DACH). In this role you will report directly to the Global Head of Business Development.

Your main tasts and reponsibilities include:

  • Develop new business by identifying and engaging potential customers and securing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Expand Key Accounts, positioning TPEG as their preferred supplier for innovative power solutions
  • Lead Market Expansions by conducting in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable contracts
  • Collaborate across R&D and Engineering teams
  • Represent TPEG internationally at top-tier industry events, exhibitions and conferences to strengthen our brand presence

Your Profile

 
  • Proven track record and network in the (power) electronics industry with a technical mindset of electronics solutions.
  • Several years of experience in business development, key account management, or technical sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; For Southern Europe French is a strong plus
  • High willingness to travel internationally.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about shaping the future of power electronics.
