This newly established strategic leadership role located in Germany, Estonia or France offers the opportunity to lead R&D and Engineering on a global scale. You will build and drive our group-wide product development and engineering landscape, ensuring innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with business objectives. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

• Build, assess, and manage a robust, group-wide R&D and Engineering organization of approx. 25 Field Application Engineers, Product Engineers     and Process & Production Engineers across 6 countries.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational structure of Field Application-, Design- and Process Engineers
• Create and execute a “capability matrix” to support skill development and new capability enablement.
• Establish and refine group-wide standards, tools, and workflows to ensure consistent output across solutions, documentation, timelines, quality,         and cost.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, including samples and zero-series production readiness
• Lead the transition from a component manufacturing focus to an integrated value chain approach, including system integration and assembly.
• Oversee solution design and ensure technological alignment with customer needs to foster satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Serve as a key point of contact for technical correspondence with customers, bridging the gap between technical teams and client expectations.

• General transformer basic knowledge
• Experience in design of high frequency transformers and chokes up to 100kVA
• Basic knowledge in power electronics will be helpful
• Main focus in design of customized solutions according to our customers specifications
• Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering, R&D, or product development, preferably in a technological or industrial setting.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and accountability for delivering results.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Deep technical expertise in engineering principles and product development processes.
• Ability to identify and drive innovation and technological advancements.
• Willingness to travel
